Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Backenda provides backend operations services on a monthly subscription basis. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. By subscribing to any Backenda plan, you agree to these terms.

2. Cancellation Notice

14 days' written notice is required before your renewal date to cancel your subscription.

  • Submit notice via email to hello@backenda.co or via WhatsApp at wa.me/628122696819.
  • Cancellation requests received with less than 14 days' notice will take effect at the following renewal period — your subscription will renew once more before ending.
  • We confirm all cancellation requests in writing within 24 hours.

3. Refund Policy

No refunds are issued for the current billing period.

Once a billing period has started and payment has been processed, that period is non-refundable.

  • If you cancel mid-period, service continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are offered for unused days.
  • Annual plan payments are non-refundable after the billing year has started.

4. Exceptions

We may consider a credit or adjustment at our sole discretion in the following exceptional cases:

  • A documented failure by Backenda to deliver the agreed service for more than 3 consecutive business days.
  • A verified billing error such as a duplicate charge or incorrect amount.

Upgrades take effect immediately; the price difference is charged pro-rated for the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
